The staff in charge of the organization, training and direction of Pitirre Moving & Worldwide Logistics has more than 30 years combined in the logistics and distribution sector of general cargo, perishable cargo, removals and heavy and oversized cargo. The acquired and combined knowledge of our executive staff is constantly shared with our staff on an ongoing basis in order to provide a positive experience for all of our clients.
At Pitirre Moving & Worldwide Logistics we do not sell removals, office relocations, logistics or transportation services, we sell Peace of Mind. With this in mind, our more than 30 employees have been rigorously trained in the most advanced packaging techniques, quality control, inventory control, and merchandise management, as well as customer service, consumer treatment, situationmanagement, and continuous service and transit updates with our clients.
Pitirre Moving & Worldwide logistics is a licensed OTI Ocean Freight Forwarder by the Federal Maritime Commission (031427F) as required by the Shipping Act of 1984. All of our vehicles are certified by the US Department of Transportation (3903218) and we also hold local certifications and licenses issued by the government of Puerto Rico and NTSP (EM-143596). We are certified as an IAM (International Association of Movers) core member. By January of 2023 we hope to have acquired memberships / certifications with IATA, PAIMA, WCA and OMA.. Our warehouse and vehicles are insured up to $1,000,000.00 for general liability insurance as required by law and we have an added insurance of a $1,000,000.00 for flood, theft and natural disaster against our 20,000 sqft whse, alongside a $50,000.00 cargo insurance on all of our vehicles.
We have a network of agents around the world who can attend to any type of request from our clients, allowing Pitirre Moving & Logistics to provide support to its clients from/to North, Central and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia. We can handle any type of cargo from point A to point B, whether by air, land or sea.
At Pitirre Moving, by definition, we do not believe in barriers or obstacles. Just like the people of our island of Puerto Rico, we come in all kinds of shapes, genders, colors and sizes.
